balikbayan.deal is a buy-on-order sourcing service. Nothing sits in a warehouse: when you request a piece, we buy that exact piece from the brand abroad and bring it to you.

What takes the time?

Your piece is bought abroad after you request it, then forwarded to the Philippines. That covers the purchase, international transit, customs clearance and local delivery.

How do I know it is authentic?

Every piece is bought directly from the brand's boutique or official outlet.

What happens after I request a piece?

We confirm it is still available at the source, then post payment instructions (GCash or bank transfer) to your requests page. Sign in there to see them, and to follow every step after that. We do not email or text you.

What if it is no longer available?

Your request is cancelled and you pay nothing. Nothing is ever charged on this site.
